Step 2: Take a moment to visualize the size and shape of the Glass Paper you'll use to design your nails. After that, you can trim the paper to the correct size. Step 3: The next step would be to apply your base color. After that color is dried, add LB Foil Transfer Gel, iGel Gel Base Coat, iGel No Cleanse Top Coat, and Dip & Dap - 2 Base Coat to create a tacky layer for the glass paper to adhere to.
